Registration is easy. You can fill out the registration form online and pay through paypal using a credit card or your paypal account. You can also download the form and send in your registration form and fee.

Please be aware that payment with credit or debit cards will ONLY be accepted through online registration. Mailed and in-person registrations must be paid with cash or check

I acknowledge that Telluride Lindy Society & Swing Camp Telluride has informed me that there can be risks of injury associated with all forms of swing dancing. I assume all such risks and agree that TLS & SCT will not be responsible in any way for any injury I may suffer in or as a result of the classes and/or dances at Swing Camp Telluride.

Photo/Video Release Form I hereby give permission for images of myself, captured during regular activities, at Swing Camp Telluride (held March 28-30, 2008), through video, photo, and digital camera to be used solely by the Telluride Lindy Society & Swing Camp Telluride for promotional material and video distribution, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
